Grace Bio

Grace Bio is an artist who uses her gifts to bring awareness to the world of the beauty we have within us while paying tribute to what came before us.

Her work has the strong, visual signature of urban culture, but is also enormously poetic and evocative. The visual approach she takes in articulating emotions, not only reaches many on a personal level, but also creates a timeline of her own spiritual growth. Her artwork has been featured in exhibitions and projects such as, I am The Dream My Ancestors Dreamed Would Free Them (A Conversation About Decolonization and Re-membering Ancestors through the Arts), at Queens Museum (NYC); Raised Pinay [First Generation], an all Filipina cast play (NYC); and WOMEN TO THE FRONT | Volume III, an immersive experience of music, art, video and performance to celebrate and showcase women in the Art World at Superchief Gallery (NYC). Currently, she is part of The 8X10 COLLECTIVE and is an active Freelance Illustrator, Painter, Graphic Designer, Muralist and Live Artist.
